Community Health Needs Assessment

The Capital Region Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) is the most comprehensive analysis of public health in the Capital Region. The 2022 CHNA examines hospitalization and emergency department data, prevention quality indicators, demographic data, and health behaviors. The structure of this report is based on the 2019-2024 Prevention Agenda of New York State. |
