Rensselaer County Data and Resources
Public health data can be found through a myriad of sources. The Healthy Capital District's public health data tools assemble local, state, and national sources to provide a singular location to quickly examine this vast array of information at a big picture or granular level depending upon your needs. Health information is provided on, prevalence, mortality, emergency room use, hospitalization, and demographic groups.
Priorities
Throughout the years, the Healthy Capital District worked with Capital Region counties to identify health needs in those counties and to develop community-wide responses to the prioritized needs. Here you will find the priority areas selected for the most recent New York State Prevention Agenda Cycle.
